Talk About Reality
Debates have been going on about the mismanagement of the Dhahar affairs. Many blamed the president for the unfortunate incident. Biixi was the latest to shed lights on to this matter. Mr. Biixi chose to beat the bush and narrated the “déjà vu” nonsense he is known for. Mr. Biixi did not bother to face the reality.
Dear readers, allow me to analyze what has happened in Dhahar in respect to the former minister of defense in Somaliland:
1 A sudden appearance of a hostile environment 2 Unwillingness of most of the forces to fight.3 Unforeseen weather conditions4 Mismanagement of the expected support to the forces.
In the case of the sudden appearance of the hostile environment, I wonder why the government as a whole didn’t have a clue of the situation at Dhahar. In other words, does that mean it is the sole responsibility of the president? I wonder what the federal as well as the regional governments have been doing for sixteen odd years.
In the case of the unwillingness of the armed forces to fight, I think that translates to the affects of nepotism in action. We all know that 90% of the armed forces were recruited from particular regions. This home grown military structure has failed since most of those sent to the front were nieces and nephews, in laws, uncles and aunts of Sool and Sanaag. Mr., Biixi, face the reality? Is the President to be blamed? Or is your love of practice of nepotism to be blamed? It is apparent that the case of spoon feeding your people in times of peace has now become crisis for the Republic. So allow me to use my favorite phrase to this insanity, Mr. Bixii, cut the crab!!! Don’t preach the president, preach your people to get in-line and that includes you my friend.
In the case of the weather conditions, let me ask you Mr. Don’t the military ranking officers of Somaliland have any knowledge of the strategic importance to enhance war at the right time and prepare for the task at hand? It is known that Mr. Rayale is not a mythologist and can not forecast the weather. Does the weather condition in Dhahar has something to do with Rayale? I don't think so, unless you are kidding yourself or giving a super natural abilities to the President. Mr.Biixi,, wait a minute. Are you telling me that the military was sent to Dhahar with empty hands, with empty stomachs and no plan for a long term warfare support?
It is obvious that our President can not fill every gap of the state structure that includes the ration clerk and a mid wife in the hospital. I think a tribal hate has made you a blind man and the sense for statehood is erased from your mind. Mr. Biixi, let me tell you blatantly that you can not get it both ways. The tricks of fooling others have faded away and failed you. Your policy of nepotism is exposed in the bright day light and it's affects are dangerous to the nation. May be it is time to change the course and recruit other somalilanders in the military than practicing your nepotism. Change the course of giving particular citizens an employment in times of peace and recruit the right people with adequate training and facilitate them for the battle or may be it is better for you to hire mercenaries to fulfill your ambitions to defend Sool and Sanaag.
Let me give you an idea to which you will ponder at. You are a Somalilander an x-SNM, Neo Faqash,or Muhaaribiin, call yourself what you want, who opted to breakaway from the main land of Somalia and still seeking a recognition from the world body, I wonder who gave you the special privilege to deny others not to fellow your suit? Don't you know that the people of Sool and Sanaag had learned their lesson from their former sister union of Awdal and not ready to have the same faith? I wonder why you and your likes are obsessed to keep the Harti clan whose destiny is to go with their blood brothers in the south. Is it a crime to say NO to your terms? Is it not their inborn right to decide their destiny as you did? Or is it your rights to kill a stone with two birds? Is it unpatriotic to defy injustice, second class citizenship and the rule of greedy and ruthless tyrants?
Not only in particular but in general, you believe in nepotism and that is where your ego-centric nature raises a question in the minds of Sool and Sanaag people. Isn’t it time that you guys have a second thought and let the people decide what is in the best of their interest? Isn’t it time to let peace and freedom flourish in the horizons of the land? Isn’t time to let nepotism and egoism doom in the land?
Before I pen off and carried away, I would like to say that it would be a fair play to enlighten my readers and shade same light to what an idiot and immoral criminal minded cousin of yours has recently wrote in your website somalilandcenter.com

To sum up, I believe you (the sick man of Burao) and many of your kind share this devilish mentality. So let the whole world know.
